Meet our latest Team Member – Bill Billingsley

We are very pleased to introduce the newest member of the RISC Team, Mr Bill Billingsley. Bill has recently joined RISC as a Principal Advisor in the Reservoir Engineering Department and will be relocating from Sydney to work in our Perth Office in July.

Bill has over 23 years of international experience covering SE Asia and Northern Europe. He has a deep understanding of private and listed businesses which combines with an extensive M&A history delivering effective upstream insights. Bill has a background in petroleum engineering including reservoir engineering, implementation, production operations, due diligence for M&A and financing (including debt financing), reserves assessment and technical process development. He is a Past Chairman of the SPE NSW & ACT Section, Past SPE Australia Council Member and has become known for his ability to naturally communicate complex issues in demanding environments.

Bill’s previous appointments include senior managerial and operating positions with Marathon Oil UK Ltd, Roc Oil Ltd and Questus Energy. We welcome Bill to RISC and know his extensive industry skills will be an invaluable asset to our consulting business.
