Tim Stephens

Tim Stephens has over 18 years of upstream oil and gas experience, supporting operators across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. He specialises in delivering practical advice on field development, production performance and asset optimisation across the full project lifecycle.

Tim’s work spans a wide range of developments, including coal seam gas, tight gas and conventional reservoirs, and both onshore and offshore projects. He has supported clients with production forecasting, development planning, and improving recovery from mature assets, as well as advising on horizontal well development strategies.
