Acquisition Due Diligence, is it as good as it seems?

Earlier this month RISC held another networking event in London, where Partner Peter Stephenson shared his insights and ideas on how to get the most from due diligence to support critical investment decisions. His presentation ‘Acquisition Due Diligence, is it as good as it seems?’ shared insights on acquisition due diligence and explored the questions clients should be asking to help prevent being sold a racehorse which performs like a donkey.

Peter Stephenson – RISC Partner

The event received wonderful feedback from clients, old and new:

“Thank you very much for the talk this evening. It was very interesting and triggered a very lively debate!”

Alyson Harding, Independent

“Many thanks for the opportunity to participate in the event yesterday evening. It was a good presentation  and interesting discussion (and the wine was good).”

Brian James, Perenco

“Many thanks for the invite to the talk, a very interesting session.”

Huw Clarke, Cuadrilla Resources Ltd

Peter’s presentation will be available in the coming months. To view other RISC presentations from previous industry events, please visit our Conference Papers page.
