Joe Collins gives insightful Australian Gas Market Update at GoodOil 2019

RISC’s Principal Consultant Joe Collins presented at this years Good Oil Conference which wrapped up yesterday in Perth. His talk provided an update on the Australian Gas Market, touching on the four main market hubs and their associated prices, supply and demand trends.  He explored the reasons behind the over/under supply in each region with a focus on the pressing issues facing the East Coast of Australia. Joe also provided comments on what energy types will dominate the future electricity generation mix and identified the major issues that are probable if these current trends continue.
