Adam Borushek

Adam has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He specialises in asset acquisition, development, management and public reporting. Adam Borushek is a Qualified Reserves Auditor under PRMS and COGEH requirements, and meets the AIM listing rules as a Competent Person for the purpose of preparing Competent Person’s Reports (CPR).

Bill Billingsley

Bill Billingsley

Bill has over 30 years of international experience covering SE Asia and Northern Europe. He has a deep understanding of private and listed businesses which combines with his extensive M&A experience, allowing him to deliver exceptional upstream insights. Bill is a Qualified Reserves Auditor and meets listing rules as a Competent Person for preparing CPRs.
