New Faces – Edwin Soetirto appointed Country Manager Indonesia

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Edwin Soetirto as Country Manager Indonesia. Edwin has more than 17 years’ working experience in South East Asia, mainly in Indonesia, in the oil and gas exploration, production and service industries. Prior to RISC, Edwin was the Business Development Manager for Indonesia at Petrofac. Edwin has also held senior commercial roles at Marathon International Petroleum, Hess and Premier Oil. Based in our Jakarta office, Edwin’s extensive knowledge in the areas of business development, commercial, marketing, business planning and economics will further develop and grow our business in Indonesia and South East Asia.

Parallel with his professional career, Edwin has helped establish a charity which assists children from the Putri Bunda orphanage in the outskirts of Jakarta to receive an education, with ongoing support from preschool through to high school. Edwin and his friends in the charity have a strong belief that with better education these children will have a better future for themselves, their families and the community.
