RISC Advisory supports proposed acquisition of Hartshead Resources NL by ACAM GP Limited

We are pleased to have acted as Independent Technical Specialist in support of the proposed acquisition of Hartshead Resources NL by ACAM GP Limited.

In support of the acquisition, being undertaken by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, RISC prepared an Independent Technical Specialist Report (ITSR) incorporating a valuation of the company’s UK assets.

Our report, included as an attachment to the Independent Expert Report prepared by BDO, formed part of Hartshead’s Scheme Booklet. Our work supported the assessment of the Scheme, including consideration of whether it is in the best interests of Hartshead shareholders.
