LinkedInRISC Advisory delivers ITSR in support of ASX listing
RISC Advisory is pleased to have assisted Equus Energy with an Independent Technical Specialist’s Report (ITSR) in support of their proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Equus Gas Project
Located offshore Western Australia, the Equus Gas Project remains one of the largest undeveloped gas resources in the region.
Equus Energy acquired the project from Western Gas in June and is now seeking to raise A$15 million in funding through an initial public offering on the ASX.
RISC Advisory was appointed as Independent Technical Specialist and prepared an ITSR on the project. The full report is included in the Prospectus for the IPO, which was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 14 October.
